Purpose: The personal data provided will be processed in order to manage your participation in the European Cluster Meeting virtual event.
Legitimation: The legal basis of the processing of the personal data are the consent of the interested party and the fulfilment of the responsible obligations, art. 6.1.a. and 6.1.c GDPR.
Conservation: The personal data provided will be stored during the legal periods stipulated in terms of transparency, common administrative procedure, as well as in other regulations that are applicable to PROEXCA.
Recipients: Among the recipients of the data are the competent Public Administration Entities, as well as the third parties essential for the development of the relationship between you and PROEXCA, including training entities and their trainers, banks and savings banks, insurance companies, etc. Personal data may also be processed by PROEXCA service providers.
